Our picking area

We harvest our plants mainly throughout France, from the Pyrenean mountains to the English Channel and the Eastern Forest.

On our own land, we have also planted many varieties grown according to organic farming principles, guaranteeing exemplary traceability and sustainability.

Picking

Our harvests are carried out in areas far from any source of pollution, and respect good harvesting practices.

We take great care to preserve the integrity of the plants during harvesting, applying environmentally-friendly methods and rigorous hygiene rules to guarantee optimum quality.

Storage

Les plantes sont expédiées immédiatement après récolte par un transport frigorifique.

Plants are shipped immediately after harvesting by refrigerated transport.

In the case of staggered harvests, they are placed in packaging that allows air to circulate, and stored in a cold room on racks until dispatch.

Transport

Refrigerated transport is carried out from our cold room or directly to the carrier closest to our harvesting site.
